Senior Commercial Property Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000

About the Role

An established and well‑regarded property firm in Kent is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone is keen to manage their own portfolio & have a much shorter commute.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio that is approximately 80% commercial (including offices & industrial), that consists of around 65 clients and approximately 300 properties, offering both scale and variety.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a reliable, proactive property manager who is confident managing issues independently and who thrives in an environment where they are trusted to get on with the job. Experience within a larger firm is beneficial, particularly if you can bring fresh processes or ways of working as the business continues to grow.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have strong commercial property management experience
• Can confidently manage a varied portfolio without close oversight
• Are dependable, organised, and proactive in your approach
• Ideally have worked in London and are seeking a more local role
• Are comfortable with service charge management
• Hold chartered status — or have equivalent experience (MRICS not essential)
