About the Job

This position plays a critical role in overseeing and improving all aspects of commercial contract management. You’ll lead negotiations, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and support wider business activities related to bids, procurement, and supplier engagement. The role also includes team leadership responsibilities, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Duties will include:

• Overseeing the entire lifecycle of commercial contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal alignment
• Leading contract performance reviews and facilitating internal and external stakeholder meetings
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and ensuring robust mitigation strategies are in place
• Drafting and negotiating commercial terms to support business objectives
• Supporting the sales and bid teams with compliant and timely submissions
• Implementing and refining internal procedures and documentation systems
• Advising on commercial issues across departments to align operations and expectations
• Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team
• Contributing to supplier negotiations and flow-down terms

About the Successful Applicant

You will have proven experience in commercial contracts management, including drafting and negotiating terms across a variety of agreements. You are commercially astute, highly organised, and confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels. A degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field is required, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
