Senior Commercial Finance Manager – Retail A FTSE listed retail business is looking to hire a senior commercial finance candidate to join its finance team. This is a senior commercial finance role where you will manage multiple people. Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the P&L, balance sheet, and controls, ensuring delivery of revenue and profit targets while influencing pricing, promotions, and supplier negotiations. Support Joint Business Plans, track inflation impacts, and work with buying teams and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and maximise supplier income opportunities. Oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews and manage governance processes around pricing and supplier performance. Use data and analytics to inform decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and assess strategic initiatives.
