I'm looking for a Senior Clinical Study Project Manager (Senior CSPM) to join a leading UK-based CRO in a full-time, remote role. You'll be the driving force behind cutting-edge studies across ATMPs, CTIMPs, medical devices, and more-partnering with leading academics, biotech innovators, and clinical experts.

Your role:

Take ownership of end-to-end clinical study delivery

Act as the primary liaison for sponsors, investigators, and clinical teams

Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management

Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams

Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, ISO 14155, and relevant regulationsAbout you:

5+ years' clinical research experience in CRO, pharma, or CTU

Proven track record in clinical project/study management

Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and ISO 14155

Skilled in financial oversight, planning, and client engagement
