Location: Essex

Salary: up to 60k dependent on experience + bonus hybrid working + flexible working hours and more

The Role Due to continued success and expanding project portfolio, they are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects nationwide and can be based in either the Essex or London office (Essex preferred). Hybrid working is available following successful completion of the probation period.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead and manage civil engineering services, providing technical expertise, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with our ethos of value and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Lead the design, analysis, and development of civil engineering solutions, including highways, drainage systems, infrastructure, earthworks, and site layouts, with support from senior management.
