Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 + benefits (depending upon experience).
Turner Lovell is recruiting for a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join a rapidly growing engineering design consultant and grid connection contractor expanding across Scotland. Our client delivers design and build grid connection (BESS, Windfarm), substation and cable projects for DNOs and developers across the UK.
As Senior Civil Design Engineer / Civil Design Engineer , you will lead civil designs for these medium and high voltage transmission infrastructure. You will be taking projects from concept through detailed design, and providing construction support to ensure safe, buildable solutions.
We are open to Civil Engineers and Senior Civil Engineers with a civil, structural or mixed background.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver civil design for substations (11-132kV), grid connections, OHL interfaces and underground cable routes.
Develop drawings, calculations and specifications for:
Foundations for transformers, switchgear and structures
