They’re deeply rooted in their core values and push for the advancement of biodiversity.\n\nIn joining this team, you’ll be a visionary leader and confidently guide the team of Civil Engineers through some amazing projects whilst maintaining team-work, and excellence.\n\nThe Role: -\n\n * Collaborate with directors and associates to deliver a diverse range of projects.\n\n * Mentor, coach and manage a team of Civil Engineers, whilst promoting growth and teamwork. –\n\n * Ensure outstanding project delivery leaning of the expertise of your team and the wider teams.\n\n * Lead the financial aspects of projects and ensure efficiency and profitability is met.\n\n * Confidently build client relationships and explore new avenues for future projects.\n\nTechnical skills:\n\n * Software Savy- Ideally mastered in Civils 3D or drainage modelling software.\n\n * Expertise Drainage Networks e.g.
