The Successful candidate will have: At least 2 years experience as Senior CDP/Junior sous role. Experience is high volume environment An eye for details, always eager to help with a positive problem-solving approach Huge Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn Strong food/product knowledge with the ability to appreciate the finer aspects of food Some of the key duties and responsibilities: To liaise and report directly to the Head Chef. To follow all recipes and system of work ensuring constancy of execution. To manage and adhere to all Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Create positivity throughout your team, ensuring Kapara remains a great place to work.
