This is a predominantly care-based role, with occasional office duties and on-callresponsibilities on a rota basis. *What You’ll Be Doing* * Delivering person-centred care to clients in their own homes. * Supporting and mentoring our care team. * Helping with scheduling, documentation, and client updates in the office. * Taking part in the on-call rota. * Working 1 weekend in every 3. *What We’re Looking For* * Experience in care (senior or leadership role preferred). * NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it). * Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. *What’s In It For You* * Permanent 30-hour contract with competitive pay £13.50–£14.50 per hour. * That’s around £1,515–£1,610 take-home pay every month after tax & NI. * Enhanced weekend and bank holiday rates. * Opportunities to work towards NVQ Level 3 if not already obtained. * Set rota patterns (Your downtime is important to us!) * Ongoing training & career development. * A warm, supportive team that values you. *Salary:* £13.50–£14.50/hour *Hours:* 30 per week, including 1 in 3 weekends. *Part of the On Call rota*. *Apply today* and help us make every day brighter for older people in our community!
