We’re looking for someone with a caring heart, leadership skills, and the flexibility to work both hands-on in the community and occasionally in the office. This is a predominantly care-based role, with occasional office duties and on-callresponsibilities on a rota basis.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Delivering person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
* Supporting and mentoring our care team.
* Helping with scheduling, documentation, and client updates in the office.
* Taking part in the on-call rota.
* Working 1 weekend in every 3.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Experience in care (senior or leadership role preferred).
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it).
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
