Care Outlook is seeking a highly organised Senior Care Worker in Elkin Court, Partington.

Responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as a Senior Care Worker Provide support in the day-to-day running of the office, including assisting with care coordination tasks. Conduct spot checks on carers in the community, recognise good practice, and report training concerns back to the registered manager. Maintain high standards of care. Participate in the paid on-call rota. Complete care assessments and write care plans. Build relationships with care staff and service users. Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
