Senior Care Assistant £14.43 per hour Hours: 8am -8pm on a 2 week rolling rota. Career progression opportunities About the role As a Senior Care Assistant, youll ensure high quality care for our residents like theyre your own family. Day to day youll provide coaching and support to a team of Care Assistants, be responsible for the creation and delivery of person-centred support plans and administer medication. About you If you have previous experience of working in a care role, an NVQ Level 2 in Care and enjoy sharing your knowledge and motivating others, this is the ideal role for you
