Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be crucial to delivering the highest standards of daily care:

Providing hands-on personal care with dignity and respect. Assisting residents with meals and hydration. Supporting residents during visits from healthcare professionals. Creating a Quality Life: Leading community outings and developing meaningful in-home experiences. Ensuring meticulous record-keeping using our computerised reporting system. Medication Management: Administering medication as prescribed, accurately and safely, following all procedural guidelines. Care Planning: Contributing to, implementing, and updating resident care plans in collaboration with the management team.
