Were looking for a Senior Care Assistant with proven professional development in dementia care to join our team. In this vital role, you'll inspire care teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each residents needs. You'll create personalised care plans, promote the health and well-being of residents, and ensure that their individual preferences and choices are central to their care.

Rate of pay: £15.22 to £16.36 per hour (inclusive of night allowance).

We offer flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle. Our night shifts run from 8:00pm to 8:00am, including weekends and bank holidays.
