Senior Business Partner & FP&A – Up to £130k plus generous bonus We have partnered with a fast‑growing investment fund that has doubled in size over the past five years. They are seeking to hire a senior Business Partner to lead across business functions whilst supporting the C‑suite leadership with strategic projects and FP&A. This is a highly commercial, value‑add role, tasked with building a world‑class FP&A and business strategy function within the firm. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with non‑finance stakeholders across the business. Initially, the focus will be on supporting the strategic planning cycle, partnering with departmental heads to review and develop budgets, and shaping strategies around growth and resource allocation. Long‑term, the firm is seeking to create a more efficient operating model and leverage planning tools more. This role will play a key part in delivering these initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, academically strong, qualified accountant with experience in a fast‑paced, complex organisation (financial services not required). While you will not have direct reports initially, you will lead project teams and play an important role in training colleagues on new processes. Strong influencing and leadership skills are therefore essential. Exposure to Tableau is also desirable. The firm is offering a highly competitive base salary (£110,000 – £130,000), alongside a performance‑linked bonus and a strong benefits package, including health, dental, gym membership, and a 9% pension contribution.
