Now, here's the opportunity… We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join the team working across both Deployflow and Recoverable. Your degree isn’t our priority but your attitude, drive, and determination are what matter most. What success looks like:
- Help shape and contribute to quarterly and monthly business development plans.
- Hit and exceed KPI targets through high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Proactively source, research, and qualify high-value prospects, targeting the right decision-makers for Recoverable’s solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends by attending webinars, following market shifts, and applying insights to your approach.
- Take full ownership of your pipeline: track, manage, and continuously fill it with new opportunities in the CRM.
- Bridge the gap between interest and conversion, meet (and surpass) monthly and quarterly targets.
- Continually refine and A/B test messaging to optimise email, call, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand your prospects deeply, their pain points, challenges, and motivations, before making contact.
- Communicate value clearly and conversationally, showing prospects how
- Recoverable solves real business problems.
- Plan with intent, set weekly goals, create actionable tasks, and deliver measurable results.
- Be accountable, keep leadership updated, share learnings openly, and look for continuous improvement.
What you offer:
- 4+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
