Location: Flexible UK-based (Hybrid)
Salary: £85,000 plus car allowance and double OTE (Uncapped comms)

The Role
As a Client Partner / Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in developing new and existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to deliver high-impact SaaS solutions, and driving revenue growth across multiple sectors. You’ll be at the forefront of an exciting growth phase, working with an award-winning team and a portfolio that’s in high demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new SaaS business opportunities within target markets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, client partner, or business development roles.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
