ABOUT YOU Proven hospitality leadership: Previous General Manager experience in a premium or luxury hospitality environment is highly advantageous. Sales & business development expertise: A minimum of 3-5 years in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within the hospitality or leisure sector. Industry background: Must have an experience within a high-end hospitality brands. Extensive industry network: Possesses strong business relationships across the London hospitality scene. Outstanding communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Executive collaboration: Confident in managing up and liaising effectively with senior stakeholders and ownership. Proactive leadership: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Strategic mindset: A motivated self starter with a can-do attitude. Team management: Experience leading small teams, including a Business Development Manager and an Administrator/Planner. Local market knowledge : Strong understanding of London's hospitality landscape and key growth areas.
