The Senior MiXR Business Development & Account Manager will report into the Head of Media & Loyalty, and will focus on some key workstreams:You will work in alongside the other Senior BDAM and Head of Media & Loyalty to build strong partnerships with suppliers and brands and engage them with the MiXR retail media platform, working with a range of endemic brands, non-endemic brands and agencies, to maximise incremental brand investment into the platform.You will work in partnership with brands to maximise incremental budgets through finding retail media solutions to achieve their brand goals.You will work in close collaboration with the Senior Delivery Manager to ensure the campaigns you plan with suppliers are brought to life and delivered in full.You will work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure budgets are being delivered across not only tactical projects but also strategic projectsYou will also work with the insight team & commercial teams in ensuring all of the right insights, PCA's etc. are being shared with suppliers to build confidence in the platform and results to help secure additional investmentAnd finally, you will work towards achieving the annual income target set by the businessAs Senior MiXR Business Development and Account Manager, you'll need to have:Understanding of retail media and marketing principles; able to consult and challenge the status quo within media and marketing experts within a client's businessExperience in building relationships with clientsExperience in exceeding targets with a long term and consultative sales approachThrive in an autonomous and fast-moving environment, able to adapt a plan with paceAbility to present impactfully to senior stakeholdersHave a strong-cross functional working relationship across marketing, sales, commercialWe need you to be:Passionate about retail media!Experienced in building first party data and omnichannel sales pitchesSkilled in building a plan to hit and exceed revenue targetsEmbracing an entrepreneurial mindset to secure a disproportionate share of client marketing budgets from a brand-new solutionExperienced in building collaborative and deep client relationships, focussed on long-term revenue growth and not short-term salesHighly influential and constantly focussed on creating positive changeMotivated by developing future solutions and optimising through innovationBe a team player who wants to win and help others win tooStonegate Group is the UK's largest operator of pubs, bars, and late-night venues, including Slug & Lettuce, Be At One, and Popworld, to name a few.
