Lead the design, build and implementation of education and social care information systems, ensuring compliance with national standards and driving continual improvements. Key Responsibilities

Lead development of the education EYES Liquidlogic systems and other key modules. Translate business needs into practical, efficient technical solutions. Manage and coach a small team of Business Analysts, ensuring adherence to analysis standards. Collaborate with stakeholders across education, early help and social care services. Provide flexibility to cover team needs, including occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to deliver focused solutions. Experience leading technical or business analysis projects in ICT environments. Proactive problem‑solving and a sharp analytical mind.
