Business Analyst - Gas & Power Trading ​ Location: London, UK. ​ Inside IR35 Day Rate ​ We are seeking highly experienced B usiness Analysts w ith a strong background in c ommodity trading to support a strategic transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to analyse current-state processes, gather business requirements, and drive the business process optimisation.​

Key Responsibilities: Work directly with f ront-office traders, schedulers, and risk analysts to capture detailed business requirements across the trading lifecycle (deal capture, scheduling, risk, settlement). Translate business needs into clear and structured f unctional and non-functional requirements. Map out a s-is and to-be business processes and workflows to support digital transformation. Derive d ata analysis and validation efforts related to trade data, pricing, market exposure, and logistics. Collaborate with IT and development teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Work independently and act as a liaison between the business and technology.
