Business Management Analyst - Wealth Management - Up to £40,000 Base Salary + Bonus London, England, United Kingdom Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business transformation, managing complex projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning & Solution Design
Develop business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives. Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress. Ensure timely delivery of requirements and maintain quality standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Perform data discovery, modeling, and trend analysis to support decision-making. Create dashboards and reports for senior management. Conduct workshops, presentations, and regular updates to stakeholders. Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 12 years in business analysis, with exposure to large-scale projects. Domain Expertise: [Specify domain, e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, etc.] Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements documentation, and functional specifications. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
