Job Description:
The SWP Change Team (UK) is responsible for the success of all implementation and conversion activities within the SEI (UK) Private Banking Wealth Platform Business. The team provides project management, consulting, queue management, project execution, SME support, and communication to clients and SEI organizations. The Senior BA will lead specific projects or key workstreams, working with various stakeholders, with an emphasis on continuous learning.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as SEI Wealth Platform SME for operational, middle & front office workflows and procedures.
- Assist clients in policy decisions, organizational structure post-conversion, and impact assessments.
- Develop workflows and procedures for ongoing client responsibilities.
- Evaluate testing effectiveness during Model Office and Dress Rehearsals.
- Manage and deliver change programs supporting SWP’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with SME’s across SEI UK.
- Ensure project work aligns with PMO standards and incorporate lessons learned.
- Establish readiness metrics for client conversions.
- Set up governance forums to support implementation.
- Identify and resolve potential project issues.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee implementation tasks and ensure delivery.
- Balance detail-oriented and strategic perspectives.
- Promote continuous improvement culture.
- Report on project costs, benefits, and resources.
- Coordinate with operational teams and solution leads for process analysis and solution development.
- Partner with client service teams for smooth hand-offs.
What we need from you:
- Degree or equivalent; experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
- Experience delivering projects in financial services.
- Comfort in ambiguous environments, proactive mindset.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Platform technology experience (advantageous).
- Ability to build relationships within large organizations.
- Effective team player.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Prince2, Agile PM, or similar qualification (advantageous).
- Credibility in communication with senior personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to other systems.
