ServiceNow Business Analyst - London (1-2 days p/w) - Up to £90,000\n\nIf you're the kind of BA who thrives on shaping clarity out of complexity, especially across governance, audit, IRM and asset lifecycle workflows, this role is built for you.\n\nWe're looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst who knows their ServiceNow domain inside out. Someone who can confidently champion out of the box approaches, tell a compelling story to stakeholders, and guide clients through real transformation rather than surface level change.\n\nIn this role, you'll work across compliance, governance, IRM migration, audit readiness and HAM/SAM lifecycle management while partnering closely with banking clients who rely on you to connect their real world processes to platform capabilities.\n\nWhat makes this role compelling?\n\nYou'll step into a position where your voice genuinely shapes the solution. You'll own the narrative, the process and the value story.\n\nWhat you'll take ownership of\n\n✓ Stakeholder engagement that actually matters\n\nLead workshops to uncover requirements and educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities\n\nTranslate banking processes into clear ServiceNow workflows and user stories\n\nDefend best practice out of the box approaches while keeping stakeholders onside\n\n✓ Solution and delivery leadership\n\nDrive the design and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and governance modules\n\nIdentify automation and optimisation opportunities across client environments\n\nAlign solutions closely with ITIL and platform best practice\n\n✓ Compliance, audit and governance expertise\n\nTranslate audit findings into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria\n\nLead IRM migration projects from start to finish\n\nOversee HAM/SAM lifecycle governance and EUC compliance standards\n\n✓ Data, testing and quality oversight\n\nValidate data models, mapping and integration requirements\n\nEnsure robust testing coverage and UAT success\n\n✓ Mentorship and leadership\n\nSupport junior consultants and shape delivery quality across engagements\n\nWhat you'll bring\n\n5+ years as a Business Analyst in ITSM or ServiceNow environments\n\nHands-on experience across IRM, HAM, SAM, compliance or audit driven work\n\nStrong familiarity with ITIL processes\n\nAbility to lead workshops, influence senior stakeholders and articulate domain concepts clearly\n\nServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS-ITSM\n\nBanking or financial services experience is highly desirable
