This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to take on a technical leadership role, contributing to the success of a variety of education projects within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role of the successful Senior Building Surveyor
As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will take on the Technical Lead across a range of education schemes, working from project inception through to completion.
You will collaborate with in-house teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure successful project delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your technical expertise while playing an integral role in a growing practice.
Responsibilities:
Lead education-focused projects from start to finish
Provide technical guidance and oversight on all aspects of the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Manage client relationships and maintain the highest standards of service
Drive project success while mentoring and supporting junior team members
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Building Surveyor with a strong construction background, confident in leading technical aspects of projects.
MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
RICS accredited degree (essential)
Proven background in construction consultancy
Experience in education projects is advantageous
Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
