Apply today!Key Responsibilities As Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consultancy services across a varied project portfolio. Typical responsibilities include:Managing and delivering a broad range of building surveying services, including condition surveys, defect analysis, feasibility studies and technical due diligencePreparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentationLeading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetActing as a key client interface, building and maintaining strong working relationshipsOverseeing contract administration, including monitoring works on site and managing contractor performanceProviding professional advice across education, commercial, healthcare and other sectorsSupporting junior team members and contributing to knowledge-sharing within the wider consultancyEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and industry best practiceRequirements: This company is looking for a motivated and technically strong Senior Building Surveyor who can thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
