The company is known for its technical expertise, long-term client relationships, and strong focus on professional development, offering a supportive team culture and varied project exposure across multiple sectors.Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver a full range of building surveying services including defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys and refurbishment or new build projectsManage client relationships and provide professional technical advice across commercial, residential and public-sector portfoliosPrepare and present technical reports, specifications and schedules of workAssist with contract administration, project delivery and quality assuranceSupport and mentor junior surveyors within the team.Required Skills & ExperienceDegree qualified in Building Surveying or a related disciplineMRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)Strong technical knowledge of construction, maintenance and building pathologyExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of Building Regulations and Principal Designer duties (advantageous)Understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety (preferred).What you get back£55,000 - £65,000 depending on experienceHybrid working and flexible hoursProfessional development and APC support if required25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pension schemeExcellent career progression opportunities.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
