Senior Building Control Surveyor needed in Bristol, £52,800 per annum - Reference: 5258288

£3000 for call out duty.

Flexible working within reason; site assessments/inspections within Bristol. Must hold a valid Class 3H BSR registration. No direct reports, but expected to train/support staff as needed.

Role involves enforcing Building Regulations and related legislation as a Registered Building Inspector under the Building Safety Act 2022. Manage development proposals through the Building Control process from pre-application to site completion, acting as technical adviser and decision-maker, especially on major applications.

This is a full-time, permanent role.
