OverviewA well-established, market-leading real estate and property consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Bids Manager to lead tenders, bids, and client opportunities across both public and private sector property markets. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for managing complex, multi-disciplinary submissions across planning, development, property management, valuation and transactional services, working closely with partners and business development teams.The roleLead and manage end-to-end tenders, bids, and pitches for property and real estate advisory servicesOversee delivery timelines, inputs, resourcing, and quality assuranceDraft and shape compelling bid responses, supporting lead partnersCoordinate contributions across specialist property disciplines and central services (e.g. sustainability, DE&I, finance, risk, BD)Manage bid governance, sign-off processes, and “go / no-go” decisionsTrack, analyse, and report on bid performance to drive continuous improvementSupport preparation and coaching for tender presentationsManage tender portals and identify new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain a strong new business pipelineLine manage and develop Bids ExecutivesAbout youStrong experience across public sector frameworks and private sector tendersExperience leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary property bidsStrong understanding of public sector procurement and compliance requirementsExcellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skillsConfident communicator able to influence senior stakeholdersHighly organised, commercially minded, and detail-focusedComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlinesExperienced people manager and collaborative team playerWhat’s on offerHigh-visibility role within a respected real estate consultancyOpportunity to shape and lead a central bids functionCollaborative, people-focused cultureCompetitive salary/day rate and benefits (depending on contract)Apply now to take the next step in your bids career within real estate.As a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
