What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the full lifecycle of bids across EOIs, PQQs, frameworks, and tenders Develop win plans, key messaging, and client engagement strategies Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including estimators, planners, and technical leads Oversee design input, logistics, programme, and value engineering solutions Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and post-tender interviews Manage post-submission negotiations and ensure seamless handovers to delivery teams Champion continuous improvement through feedback, data integration, and best practice sharing Represent the business externally, building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
