Are you a dynamic Senior Bid Manager looking to join a leading highly respected tier 1 principal contractor in the North West?
There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join a thriving preconstruction division of one of the UK's leading build contractors. You will take the lead in bids across a wide variety of project values ranging from £30m - £250m and across both the private & public sector and across the commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, education and defence sectors.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary bid team from design stage, planning & cost management to provide high quality bid strategies, manage key client deliverables, compliance & governance & ensure the efficient bid coordination until completion.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
The successful candidate must have a track record of leading multi-disciplinary bid teams within building contracting and have proven experience in the production of competitive bid submission across major build projects.
Have a good understanding of governance & compliance and how to present clear bid strategies and winnings bids to a wide variety of clients within the built environment.
Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to lead and influence
Salary & Package on offer:
Base £75,000 - £84,000 dependent on experience
