BMR Solutions are currently recruiting for Senior Automation Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business based in Frome. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Automation professional.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

Upgrade outdated automation equipment Develop automation specifications and functional analyses for industrial projects Manage contractors and engineers during projects Automation expertise to support the engineering team Monitor site automation On-call duties in rotation

Skills:

Subject matter expert in automation. Experience working with Schneider equipment or Rockwell. Managing automation projects Experience in programming the SCADA system WONDERWARE would be beneficial. Supervisory experience Experience of Food industry would be beneficial. Excellent fault finding and route cause analysis skills. Understanding of Health & Safety and legislation requirements. Confident in autonomous decision making and team working
