Our client is a single-family office real estate investor who is seeking to hire an experienced asset manager to manage a portfolio across the Southeast, based from Surrey, for 3 days per week.

About the Role

Join a well-capitalised family office managing a UK real estate portfolio mainly based in the South East. This is a broad, hands-on role across office, industrial, retail, residential and alternative asset classes. The portfolio of assets is located across the Southeast: London, Oxford, Sussex, Surrey. You will report directly to the CEO and join a small, entrepreneurial team. The role will be to work 3 full days per week or undertake flexibale hours over 4-5 days.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include leasing, lettings, disposals, dilapidations, business planning, development management, management, re-positioning, and tenant/agent management

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified with 8–15+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Background in a family office, private property company, or entrepreneurial fund/investor preferred

Required Skills

• Seeking a self-sufficient, commercially aware asset manager comfortable working autonomously
• Experience working across a broad and varied property portfolio
• Experience working across the Southeast (ideally not just London)
• Part-time role working 3 days in-office in the office or flexibility for reduced hours over five days if required
• Candidates based in Surrey, South London, or the Southeast strongly preferred

Pay range and compensation package

• Competitive base salary (pro-rated to hours) + discretionary bonus
