We’re very excited to be working with a well-established music management company in London on the hunt for a Senior Artist Manager. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to manage a roster of contemporary, pop, jazz, and cross-genre artists, supporting their careers and live projects from planning through execution.About the RoleThis hands-on position involves managing the day-to-day careers of your assigned artists, overseeing projects, budgets, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with senior management while taking ownership of your artists’ growth, performance opportunities, and promotional activities.The role offers hybrid working, with some days in the London office and flexibility to work remotely. After settling in, there will be occasional travel to see artists and support live projects or tours internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesManage artists’ careers, including engagements, schedules, and project planningDevelop and implement strategic career plans for assigned artistsOversee budgets and financial administration for projects and toursNegotiate and manage contracts, liaising with promoters and internal teamsSupport marketing and promotional initiativesAttend performances, rehearsals, and events as neededMentor and supervise junior team membersWho We’re Looking For4–6+ years’ experience managing artists or live projects in contemporary, jazz, pop, tv/film, or cross-genre musicStrong organisational, project management, and strategic planning skillsExperience in contract negotiation and budgetingExperience managing junior team membersAbility to manage multiple artists and projects simultaneouslyConfident communicator with internal and external stakeholdersProactive, adaptable, and calm under pressureExperience with live touring, project management, event management, or film/TV projectsDigital marketing or social media experienceUndergraduate degree or equivalent professional experienceWhy This Role?Work for a respected, forward-thinking company supporting world-class artistsHybrid working with flexible hours, plus occasional travel to support artists and live projectsTake ownership of exciting cross-genre projects and have a tangible impact on artists’ careers #J-18808-Ljbffr
