With a diverse and secure pipeline of work, they are now seeking driven individuals to support the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects.\n\nWhy Join Now?\n\nStrong and stable business performance despite wider economic uncertainty\n\nClear growth strategy with excellent long-term career progression opportunities\n\nSecure workload and expanding project portfolio\n\nOpportunity to take on a senior, influential role within a growing consultancy\n\nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities\n\nDeputise for the Director of Architectural Technology as required\n\nUndertake technical reviews of architectural projects\n\nAct as a senior point of contact for clients, contractors, and key stakeholders\n\nSupport business development activities, including bids, fee proposals, and new opportunities\n\nAct as Design Manager, coordinating architectural input with internal and external consultants\n\nMentor junior team members and promote CPD activities\n\nAssist with resource planning, workload management, and project staffing\n\nSupport project financial management, including budgets and fee forecasting\n\nPrepare and present architectural designs, reports, specifications, and technical drawings\n\nUndertake site surveys and support planning, building control, and assurance submissions\n\nLead interdisciplinary design teams and represent the consultancy at meetings\n\nEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, CDM duties, health & safety, and quality standards\n\nMinimum Competencies\n\nStrong client-focused approach\n\nInnovative and solutions-led design mindset\n\nProven leadership and mentoring capability\n\nCommitment to continuous professional development\n\nCollaborative, team-oriented working style\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nRequired Experience\n\nStrong BIM capability (Revit, CAD, or equivalent)\n\nPrevious experience as an Architect, Design Manager, or Senior Architectural Technician\n\nProven track record managing projects within a design consultancy environment\n\nCommercial awareness with programme and resource management skills\n\nStrong stakeholder coordination and communication skills\n\nGood working knowledge of UK building codes and industry standards\n\nChartered status (desirable)\n\nQualifications\n\nDegree or Master's in a relevant discipline\n\nSignificant post-qualification experience in architectural design and delivery\n\nDemonstrated experience leading architectural technology or technical delivery teams\n\nExperience working within or alongside engineering consultancies (preferred)\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary\n\nPension scheme\n\nPrivate medical insurance\n\nLife insurance\n\nCompany events
