Deliver conservation projects across all RIBA stages Lead design development, technical detailing and heritage compliance Carry out site inspections and manage regulatory coordination Support client and stakeholder presentations Apply BIM workflows using Revit, AutoCAD and NBS Manage fees, budgets and sustainable design inputs

What You’ll Need

ARB‑registered Architect with 3+ years’ PQE Strong conservation and listed building experience Excellent technical and detailing skills Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations Revit, AutoCAD and NBS experience Conservation accreditation (or working towards) desirable
