We're looking for a Senior Architect with a passion for solving complex technology challenges within the insurance industry. This is an opportunity to work as a Senior Architect on high-impact digital transformation projects that blend strategy, innovation, and technical depth across architecture, delivery, and emerging tech.
What You’ll Do as a Senior Architect
As a Senior Architect, you’ll be embedded in multidisciplinary teams working with client leadership to:
Define and deploy technology strategies across architecture, digital platforms, and legacy modernisation. Design and implement scalable, future-proof solutions using modern tools and methodologies like cloud, AI, microservices, and containerisation. Lead and coach client teams on Agile ways of working and best-in-class IT practices. Engage in high-level client discussions to align technology direction with business priorities. Support delivery of complex IT programmes with a clear focus on value, scalability, and transformation outcomes. Collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders to shape roadmaps and drive meaningful change.
What You’ll Bring as a Senior Architect
6–10 years of experience in technology strategy, digital consulting, or IT transformation. Solid background in the insurance sector, with exposure and knowledge around core platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or DXC. Understanding of insurance processes and legacy-to-modern system transitions. Experience working in Agile, digital transformation, and cloud-driven environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; confident working at C-level. A strategic mindset with hands-on experience across delivery and architecture. Background in workshop facilitation, technology road mapping, and solution design. STEM or Business-related degree (or equivalent experience).
