Senior Application Support Engineer - iManage

My client are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer with extensive 2nd line application support experience and a strong background supporting iManage. Recent experience of supporting the Knowledge Work Platform iManage is essential to be considered for this contract.

Wider support experience required includes the administration of the Microsoft application suite, with expert-level knowledge of Office 365, Intune and Azure being essential. Experience with Google Cloud Platform is required, as is previous experience working with Terraform, Mimecast and DNS.

Solid PowerShell scripting skills are also a prerequisite, allied with demonstrable skills around Patch Management and Group Policy Management. A strong background in Security is also highly desirable with experience implementing and validating security controls in an application context. Experience supporting Cisco technologies including Meraki is also highly desirable.

This role requires a presence onsite in London 4 days a week.
