About AWARE Hospitality
AWARE Hospitality is a boutique advisory consultancy specialising in strategy, execution and owner representation for the hospitality industry. We work with investors, asset managers, developers, operators and brands on some of the most ambitious hospitality projects globally, spanning luxury hotels, members' clubs, lifestyle destinations and high-end F&B concepts across Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
We combine financial rigour, operational expertise and creative vision to deliver results that are both commercially sound and genuinely exciting. Past clients include Bain Capital, Four Seasons, Ennismore, Jumeirah, Bagatelle, Loulou Group and the Savoy, among others.
We are a small, senior team where every person carries real responsibility from day one. If you are motivated by complex, high-stakes projects and want to work across the full lifecycle of hospitality development, from initial strategy through to opening and beyond, AWARE is a rare environment to do that.
The Role
Were looking for a Senior Analyst to work across both the strategy and execution sides of our consultancy practice. Youll be hands-on from the start; leading client deliverables, driving research and financial analysis, and helping shape the operational backbone of new F&B venues and concepts.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. Youll need to think clearly, write precisely, work confidently with clients, and bring genuine fluency with AI tools to everything you do.
What Youll Do
Strategy & Research
Lead market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the luxury hospitality sector.
Produce sharp competitor analyses and translate data into clear strategic recommendations.
Develop and maintain financial models: revenue forecasts, P&Ls, budgets, and scenario planning.
Create compelling F&B concepts and identify brand partners aligned to client briefs.
Project Execution
Own the production of operational deliverables across live projects: concept briefs, food and beverage briefs, uniform and branding briefs, OS&E and MPL lists, storage plans, space planning briefs, SOPs, critical paths, recruitment briefs, and rotas.
Support the Head of Execution in managing multiple concurrent projects to time and budget.
Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Client Engagement
Lead client meetings and workshops; presenting deliverables, managing expectations, and communicating confidently under pressure.
Own the preparation and delivery of presentations, reports, and proposals.
AI & Innovation
Integrate AI tools into research, deliverable production, and operational workflows to drive efficiency and quality.
Stay ahead of emerging AI tools relevant to hospitality strategy and consultancy and bring new approaches to the team.
Business Development
Support the preparation of new business proposals, pitch decks, and credentials materials.
Contribute to scoping and positioning new client engagements.
Internal
Support the COO and senior leadership with strategic internal projects as required.
What Were Looking For
Essential
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality operations, F&B strategy, or a consultancy environment.
A proven track record producing operational deliverables: briefs, SOPs, critical paths.
Confident, polished client manner; comfortable presenting, managing expectations, and holding your own under pressure.
Genuine fluency with AI tools and a proactive approach to applying them.
Excellent written English; a good level of French is a plus.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Strong Differentiators
Consultancy or advisory background alongside operational experience.
Experience contributing to business development: proposals, pitches, credentials.
Exposure to luxury or high-end F&B environments.
What We Offer
Significant responsibility from day one; we are a lean team and you will have real impact.
Fast-tracked skills development across strategy, operations, and client advisory.
The chance to work on high-profile luxury F&B projects across international markets.
Private healthcare.
A tight-knit, results-driven team that takes the work seriously.
