With 30+ years of award-winning work in education and social care, Flourish partners with schools, local authorities, and virtual schools to deliver expert-led, sector-driven online learning. This role is perfect for someone who understands the education landscape and thrives in building strong, meaningful relationships.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with Local Authorities, Schools, and Virtual Schools

Drive new business through outreach and demos

Provide exceptional support to existing clients

Collaborate with trainers and colleagues to deliver tailored solutions

Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

Background in education, sales, or account management

Tenacious, flexible, and driven personality

Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills

A passion for improving outcomes for learners
