What you'll be doing Support pupils with SEND in class and during daily routines Provide 1:1 and small group support Assist with communication, sensory needs, and engagement Work closely with teachers and support staff
What you'll need to succeed Experience in SEN, support work, or similar A calm, patient, and positive approach Ability to follow support plans and work as part of a team Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
