SEND Teaching Assistant

Are you looking to make a difference whilst supporting children with their learning? Do you have a calm and nurturing approach? We are looking for full time SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a one to one and a group basis at schools across Leeds. You will have experience working in a specialist education, mainstream or care setting and / or level 2 or 3 qualified. A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines. The ability to be flexible, a team player and communicate well with children, staff and parents and build positive relationships. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
