£95 - £110 Per day

We are working with a Special Educational Needs School in the Southport area who are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible on a temporary but on-going basis. The school provides to support to pupils aged 11 to 16 with Autism (ASC). You will be required to work with pupils across the whole school and be expected to support during lessons, lunch time and with outdoor and off site activities. It is essential that you have previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs.

The role is to start as soon as possible and will be offered on a full time basis, however we are happy to consider part time applicants with strong SEND experience.

Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant. Have previous experience working with pupils with Autism. Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident. Have at least 6 months school based experience of working in a UK SEND school setting. Two suitable references covering the last 2 years. Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.As part of the CER supply team in Liverpool you will benefit from:-
