About the Role
You will lead a small class of around
six students
, delivering creative, structured and personalised learning that supports both academic progress and emotional development. With strong therapeutic values at the heart of our school, teachers work closely with support staff and therapy teams to ensure every learner thrives.

A
qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or similar)
Experienced or confident in supporting
SEMH
and
Speech & Language
needs
Able to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Calm, adaptable, and committed to inclusive practice
A strong classroom presence with a passion for transforming outcomes for vulnerable learners
