A North West Local Authority are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery phase of their SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) programme. This is a pivotal role in establishing and managing multiple workstreams and projects aimed at improving provision and services for children and young people. Your duties as a SEND Project Manager * Set up and deliver 6–8 SEND-related projects under defined workstreams. * Establish project infrastructure and frameworks to support delivery through workstream leads and delivery groups. * Develop and implement a PM framework for future project managers joining the programme. * Create Terms of Reference (ToRs) for each workstream and associated task-and-finish groups. * Support workstream leads in prioritising activities and absorbing project workload where needed. * Provide milestone reporting and maintain visibility of progress across all projects.
