About the Role Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and compassionate tutor with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to support students in Salford. As an SEN tutor, you will deliver tailored lessons to students with a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and those working below expected academic levels. Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one tutoring sessions in core subjects (Maths, English, etc.) tailored to the individual learning needs of students with SEN.

Adapt lesson plans, content, and pace to accommodate various learning styles and support emotional regulation where needed.

Provide structured, consistent support to help students build subject knowledge, confidence, and essential study skills.

Build a strong rapport with students to create a safe and nurturing environment that supports academic and emotional development.

Monitor student progress, provide feedback to parents, carers, or professionals involved, and make adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
