SEN Teaching Assistant

The Role: Provide supportive 1:1 assistance to pupils with diverse SEN needs Lead or assist with small-group work to build confidence and skills Help pupils regulate emotions, navigate routines, and engage with learning Work with teachers and SENCO to deliver personalised strategies Encourage independence, resilience, and social development Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment Celebrate and recognise every step of progress, big or small
