Hiring dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants  to join our team at a reputable  Special Needs School in  Stevenage Role Overview:  As a  Teaching Assistant , you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of  special educational needs . Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements. Assisting students during  classroom activities , ensuring their engagement and understanding. Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs Implementing  behaviour management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment. About School:  Catering for children and young people aged 5 yrs to 19 yrs who have a range of complex and significant learning needs, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs. Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have: A genuine passion for working with students with  special educational needs. Excellent  communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs. Minimum 1 yr of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory) Proficiency in English Language (Mandatory) Right to Work in the UK ( NO Sponsorship Provided.
