Job Responsibilities

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with special educational needs both individually and in small groups

Assist teachers in delivering lessons and learning activities

Promote positive behaviour and help children access the full curriculum

Encourage pupils' social, emotional and academic development

Support school routines, extra-curricular activities, and wrap-around care where needed

Qualifications/Experience

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

Right to work in the UK

Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable, along with patience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive education.
