The school supports pupils aged 219 with severe learning difficulties, complex needs and challenging behaviour. Staff work in a warm, collaborative environment with excellent facilities and resources.This is a rewarding role where you will help pupils learn, grow and achieve their personal goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pupils with personal care, social development, hygiene, first aid and general welfareProvide administrative support to teachers (photocopying, filing, record keeping)Assist with planning and delivering individual education plansMonitor pupil progress and maintain accurate recordsUse specialist knowledge or experience to support learningBuild positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionalsPromote inclusion and help pupils integrate with peersSupport pupils during swimming or hydrotherapy sessionsWhat Were Looking ForYou do not need previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
