Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs in a specialist, nurturing environment?
We're looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school in Oswestry, working directly in our SEN Hub. This is a full-time role, starting as soon as possible, on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
✨ About the role:
Supporting pupils with additional needs in our dedicated SEN Hub
Working 1:1 or in small groups to provide tailored, focused support
Collaborating closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement individual plans
Helping children develop confidence, independence, and social skills
Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and calm learning environment
About you:
Experience working with children with SEN (school or similar setting)
Calm, patient, and compassionate approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
